These Terms govern your use of the queezy.co.uk website (the “Site”) operated by Queezy. By using the Site or joining our waiting list, you agree to these Terms. This is a pre-launch template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before Queezy launches.
The waiting list
Joining the waiting list registers your interest in Queezy. It does not create a contract to provide the product, guarantee access, or guarantee any particular price or launch date. Early-access perks and launch pricing described on the Site are offered in good faith and may change; we'll always be clear about what applies to you before you pay anything.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information when you sign up.
- Don't submit others' details without permission.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
Intellectual property
The Queezy name, logo, design, copy and all Site content are owned by Queezy and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
Pricing information
Any prices shown on the Site are indicative and relate to plans that will be available at launch. Final pricing, plan limits and features are confirmed in-app at the point of purchase.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided “as is” on a pre-launch basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Queezy develops. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
